Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clerical Tasks

  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other business documents.
  • Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Maintain orderly filing systems for both electronic and hard-copy records.

2. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow and task completion.
  • Provide assistance to staff and management with administrative needs

3. Office Operations

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
  • Support HR, Accounting, or other departments with basic clerical tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

5. Other Duties

  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior or management.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
