Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
1. Clerical Tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other business documents.
- Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as needed.
- Maintain orderly filing systems for both electronic and hard-copy records.
2. Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow and task completion.
- Provide assistance to staff and management with administrative needs
3. Office Operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Support HR, Accounting, or other departments with basic clerical tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
5. Other Duties
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior or management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates may apply).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
