We Are Hiring: Prior Authorization Specialist / Insurance Verification Specialist (Work From Home – Full Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Prior Authorization Specialist and Insurance Verification Specialist with strong medical administrative skills. The ideal candidate must be fully capable of handling the start-to-end prior authorization process, including obtaining approvals, following up with insurance companies, documenting outcomes, and ensuring timely clearance for patient services.

Requirements:

Must be a Nurse Graduate

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience obtaining prior authorizations (start to finish)

Experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant or in a similar medical administrative role

Strong understanding of medical terminology

Experience working with at least one EMR/EHR system such as ECW, EMR/EHR systems

Experience in insurance verification, benefit checks, and speaking directly with insurance payers

Experience answering patient calls and handling inquiries professionally

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately

Must have your own computer/laptop, stable internet, noise-canceling headset, and backup equipment

Must be capable of handling inbound/outbound calls confidently

Salary is paid bi-monthly (twice a month)
