Job Description
**Team Management:**
Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
**Customer Service:**
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.
**Store Operations:**
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
**Sales and Marketing:**
Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
**Quality Control:**
Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
**Health and Safety Compliance:**
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiasm for the Kenangan Coffee and its products.
