Role Overview

As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax and compliance services for Australian customers. You'll partner with accountants and bookkeepers across both Australia and the Philippines, ensuring customers meet their obligations and get insights that help them thrive.

What you'll do (like really do):

  • Prepare and review income tax returns, BAS, FBT, and other compliance requirements for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Support tax planning, lodgements, and advisory work.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconciliations in Xero and supporting tax software.
  • Collaborate with Australian accountants to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in Australian tax and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero (certification highly regarded).
  • A proactive, team-first attitude.
  • Have exceptional organization and communication skills.
