2. Duties and ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants for various positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Prepare hiring documents, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain and update 201 files, HR documents, and digital employee records.
- Ensure completeness, confidentiality, and accuracy of all employee data.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and forms as needed.
- Monitor and validate daily attendance reports.
- Collect and verify leave forms, overtime requests, and timesheets.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and coordination with supervisors.
- Help document disciplinary actions, incident reports, and case files.
- Participate in implementing company policies, engagement activities, and HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Assist in processing government loans, certificates, and employment-related documents.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
- Preferably with HR experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
