2. Duties and Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants for various positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Prepare hiring documents, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
B. Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain and update 201 files, HR documents, and digital employee records.
  • Ensure completeness, confidentiality, and accuracy of all employee data.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and forms as needed.
C. Payroll & Attendance Support
  • Monitor and validate daily attendance reports.
  • Collect and verify leave forms, overtime requests, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Payroll for timely and accurate payroll processing.
D. Employee Relations Support
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and coordination with supervisors.
  • Help document disciplinary actions, incident reports, and case files.
  • Participate in implementing company policies, engagement activities, and HR programs.
E. Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in processing government loans, certificates, and employment-related documents.
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

3. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
  • Preferably with HR experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
