CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(Full-Time | On-Site)Position SummaryThe Construction Manager leads, directs, and oversees end-to-end construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets, and in full compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role drives site operational excellence, contractor performance, and strategic coordination with internal departments to safeguard execution integrity and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle construction operations—from mobilization to project turnover—with strict adherence to approved plans and standards.• Enforce project schedules, sequencing, and daily/weekly targets; implement mitigation plans for delays.• Lead coordination among subcontractors, engineers, foremen, safety personnel, suppliers, and third-party service providers.• Perform regular quality inspections to validate workmanship, structural integrity, and compliance with architectural/engineering specifications.• Oversee on-site resource allocation, validate variation orders, and ensure cost discipline across manpower, materials, and equipment.• Resolve site issues promptly, escalate critical blockers, and execute correction strategies.• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, local building codes, permits, and environmental requirements.• Validate material requisitions, delivery tracking, inventory control, and usage monitoring.• Coordinate with the Design and Engineering Teams for technical clarifications and plan discrepancies.• Lead documentation efforts: daily progress logs, punch lists, incident reports, change orders, and milestone certifications.• Represent the company during client inspections, coordination meetings, and project briefings.• Ensure timely milestone completion to support billing cycles, bank inspections, and turnover commitments.Qualifications• Must be a Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer• At least 5 years of proven experience in vertical and/or horizontal construction management.• Strong technical proficiency in construction methodologies, structural/architectural systems, scheduling, and cost control.• Demonstrated success managing subcontractors, site teams, and concurrent work fronts.• Strong problem-solving capability, analytical judgment, and conflict resolution skills.• Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and construction management software.• High accountability, strong leadership presence, and resilience in fast-paced project environments.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Schedule Performance: On-time completion of project milestones with
