Job Description

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will support the daily operations of the Financial Planning team by ensuring administrative efficiency, managing documentation, and attending to client service needs to maintain smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of financial advice.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: 5:00 AM-2:00 PM PHT (semi-flexible by 2.5 hours), Weekends Off

Salary: PHP 110,000

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• With Diploma in Financial Planning (RG 146 certified)
• With experience using XPLAN software
• With high attention to detail; flexible and results-driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office software

Additional Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work proactively, result-oriented, self-driven, independently, and as a team player
• Able to solve problems constructively and quickly with a solution-focused mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Possesses high levels of organisational skills and understands how to prioritise
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce client correspondence

Your Daily Tasks

• Preparing Financial Plan/Statement of Advice documents with technical graphs, projections, strategy details, and costs
• Researching technical strategies and products
• Preparing investment and insurance application forms
• Preparing review documentation for existing clients
• Writing and sending business correspondence to clients
