AI-Driven Solution Architects
—professionals who design systems, direct AI execution, and own outcomes in an AI-first world.

a traditional software developer role.

a coding bootcamp.

self-paced learning.

What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect Resident, you will:

  • Design system architectures, workflows, and decision logic
  • Break down complex problems into structured solutions
  • Direct AI tools to implement components
  • Review and validate AI output for accuracy, edge cases, and scalability
  • Participate in architecture reviews and planning sessions
  • Gradually take ownership of production-level systems

You will think more than you type—and you will be accountable for results.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly stipend: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 (performance-based)
  • Fully remote (Philippines-based)
  • Mentorship from senior architects and engineers
  • Performance-based increases and bonuses
  • Paid holidays after six months

After Year 1:

  • HMO coverage
  • Second internet allowance
  • Monthly food and entertainment allowance
