I. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the planning section.
  2. Forecasting customer demand and working with sales for stocking planning.
  3. Review Forecast accuracy level and highlight to demand management to improve forecast accuracy level.
  4. Generate production plan (3 months rolling) to specific area assigned, disseminate and discussed with team for machine, method and manpower preparation.
  5. Oversees and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.
  6. Perform detailed capacity assessments that identify gaps and create plans to optimize performance.
  7. Work with cross functional teams across the business such sales dept, operations/production, and supply chain.
  8. Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
  9. Drive and maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements
  10. Examines the process at hand and takes steps for improvement.
  11. Assists in developing and ensuring the uniform implementation of planning policies and procedures.

II. Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Related Field

  2. Work Experience

  3. With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.

  4. With at least 2 years experiences in Plastic Molding / Injection Molding industry is advance
