Affiliate Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Affiliate Coordinator for AF Home Platform is responsible for managing the affiliate marketing program to drive platform growth and revenue. This role involves recruiting and supporting affiliates, monitoring affiliate performance, and collaborating with marketing and merchant teams to optimize campaigns. The Affiliate Coordinator ensures smooth execution of affiliate operations, maintaining strong partner relationships, and maximizing affiliate-driven sales.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLED REQUIRED:

· Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts and program management.

· Proficient in affiliate tracking and reporting tools.

· Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

· Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously.

· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and merchant teams.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
