Electrician for Commercial Property

REQUIREMENTS:

We are a commercial property leasing business looking for individual who is an all-around handyman with experience in electrical work (or willingness to learn). Must have the following:

• At least 5-year experience in handling overall maintenance (specifically electrical function) in commercial properties
• Can read plan layout and install electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and government safety codes.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices and power tools.
• Must be physically fit to perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects. They should be able to stand on and climb ladders.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Commercial electrician should be able to see and discern color, since electrical wiring is often color-coded.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall maintenance of commercial property
• Changing or replacing outlets and switches
• Hanging lights
• Installation of wiring for a lighting fixtures
• Installation and replacing breakers
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Thorough knowledge of safety codes / procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
