We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business performance through data-driven insights and sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs to maintain healthy financial operations.
  • Support ERP and finance system enhancements to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate or regional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
