  • Prepare, encode, and process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
  • Maintain organized filing of purchasing records, supplier files, and transaction logs.
  • Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory of special items lists as required.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and ensure proper routing for approval.

Supplier Coordination

  • Assist in requesting and compiling supplier quotations.
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, price confirmations, and pending documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding sample submissions or basic inquiries.
