What you'll be doing

  • Safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers within the assigned service area
  • Providing excellent customer service by handling packages with care and ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records of package deliveries and providing status updates to the dispatch team
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Adhering to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations

What we're looking for

  • A valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery or courier role
  • Excellent map reading and navigational skills to efficiently plan delivery routes
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide a positive experience for clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document package deliveries
  • Physical fitness and stamina to lift and move packages of varying weights
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to safety and on-time performance
