Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pediatrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide pediatric health tele-consultations to members.Details:

• Work Setup: Teleconsultation (Remote)

• Company Location: Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (for reference only; role is fully remote)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (preferably 6-8 hours a week)

• Rate: PHP 500/consult (30mins)

• Contract Term: 1-year engagement (open to negotiations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential virtual medical consultations for pediatric members (infancy through adolescence) regarding general health, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions.

• Conduct remote assessments and diagnoses of childhood ailments (e.g., respiratory infections, fevers, rashes, minor injuries).

• Deliver appropriate medical guidance, treatment plans, and prescriptions electronically, following established clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate care and refer cases requiring in-person examination, specialized care (e.g., surgical, cardiology), or emergency intervention to appropriate local healthcare facilities and professionals.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers on preventive care, including vaccination schedules, developmental milestones, and nutritional guidance.

• Maintain accurate and secure health record of all virtual encounters in line with privacy and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• PRC licensed medical doctor with current, active specialized training in pediatrics (Fellowship/Residency completion).

• Prior experience with telemedicine or digital medical consultations is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication, patience, and clinical judgment when interacting with children and their parents/guardians.

• Strong passion for working with children and promoting pediatric wellness
