Manager, Partner Services to
join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities
- Partner administration– maintaining and updating partner records and schedules
- Track details of partner contracts
- Calculate monthly and quarterly payment amounts
- Assist with partner umbrella insurance policy management
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of all equity accounts
- Assist with the management of the firm's cap table
- Administer equity grants for employees and partners through Carta
- Maintain and update equity records
- Tracking partner performance metrics
- Ad hoc requests from the Manager, Partner Services and Director, Treasury
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- With 2-3 years of accounting, finance, or financial data management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and curious in nature
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
- Organized and very detail-oriented
- Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
