Tiaoqui Sese-Relucio & Mendoza is a boutique law office based in Quezon City, Philippines, with extensive experience advising and assisting foreign companies in establishing their local presence and their continuing regulatory, compliance, and other operational requirements. We also act as counsel in M&A transactions, equity investments, capital markets, financing, and corporate restructurings.

We are particularly active in the financial technology (fintech) industry where we have assisted clients in their licensing and compliance requirements as securities markets participants, payment systems, merchant acquirers, money service businesses, electronic money issuers (EMI), virtual asset service providers, and lending and financing companies.

Applicants for the Associate position must be focused on delivering efficient, effective, and innovative legal services to provide impactful value to every client. They should have integrity, be empathetic, and share TSR's belief that commitment, adaptability, discipline, and efficiency are cornerstones of an excellent and stable legal practice.

The Associate must be:

(1) a member of the Philippine bar;

(2) have at least one year experience at a law firm handling primarily corporate law related matters, specifically financial technology (fintech), M&A, foreign investments, data privacy, securities, and real estate; and the ability and interest to handle related matters such as intellectual property, labor, immigration, gaming, and tax; and

(3) willing to be a notary public.

The compensation package is competitive with medium-sized law firms, with latitude for upward adjustment in relation to the value that stellar associates will contribute to the Firm's practice.
