Software Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Software Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience specialized in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 2-4 years of software development experience in commercial environments
  • Knowledgeable in banking & finance systems, preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of banking and finance systems preferred, or willingness to learn the financial services domain
  • Able to design and code information systems in a commercial environment, especially for banking & finance, with the use of:
  • OS, e.g. MS-Windows, UNIX, Linux, UI/UX, etc.
  • DB, e.g. MS-SQL, Oracle, Informix, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with MS-SQL Server (knowledge of Oracle or Informix is a plus)
  • Environment, e.g., VB, C, C#, C++, Java, etc.
  • Proficiency in at least two of: C#, Java, C++ (other languages like VB, C are advantageous)
  • Development tools, e.g., VB Studio, etc. With .NET programming and or MS SQL
  • Possesses a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Dedicated and hardworking with high-quality work or output.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
  • Able to work under pressure with less supervision
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines
