Job Summary

Monitors and maintains the general health condition of employees through the provision of basic health services like prescriptions of simple medicines, advices regarding administration of first aid and minor treatment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs first aid and treatment of minor ailments of employees.
  • Coordinates with accredited hospital for pre-employment and annual medical check-ups, medical referrals, and medical results and other medical services pertaining to employee benefits.
  • Conducts home visits to sick employees as per request  or when necessary.
  • Initiates seminars, programs, lectures related to or beneficial to the employees health,  its maintenance and its enhancement.
  • Controls and manages issuance of medical supplies to  employees.
  • Monitors and maintains  the general health, well-being and safety  of the employees.
  • Assists in the processing  of health related benefits (SSS and Philhealth documents).
  • Performs other HR clerical jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Assists and supports the implementation of the safety  program of the company.
  • Assists in the preparation, establishment and review of the hazards and risks identification  of the different company processes.
  • Conducts canteen  services  inspections and assessments and heads the Canteen Committee.
