About the Company

ONTOP TOUR OPC is a Korean-owned travel agency based in the Philippines.

We specialize in Korea tour packages, airline seat blocks, and travel management for both B2B and B2C clients.

We are now looking for a trustworthy, organized, and proactive Accounting & Executive Assistant to support our management team in daily finance operations and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

  • Record and organize daily income and expenses
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow reports and petty cash records
  • Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist with monthly financial summaries and reports
  • Coordinate with the external accountant for government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)

Executive / Admin Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Managing Director (Korean management)
  • Manage schedules, calls, and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare reports, business documents, and correspondence in English
  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
  • Handle confidential company information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Filipino citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting, admin, or executive assistant roles
  • Good English communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets required
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Korean management

  • Experience in handling BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and payroll preparation
