Your Role:
An IT Audit Manager is responsible for leading and executing IT audits, supporting the company's internal controls assessment, and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance IT governance, risk management, and compliance. This role also contributes to the development of the annual audit plan and overall audit strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop audit methodologies and contribute to the annual internal audit plan.

• Lead and execute IT audits aligned with the audit plan or as requested by leadership.

• Support the assessment of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), including IT walkthroughs, testing, and reporting.

• Ensure audit documentation is complete and supports audit conclusions.

• Prepare clear, accurate workpapers and audit reports.

• Identify and track IT control gaps and ensure timely remediation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.

• Educate teams on internal control requirements and promote audit awareness.

• Stay current on IT trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.

• Provide management with insights and actionable recommendations.

• Evaluate emerging risks and support automation and data analytics initiatives.

• Participate in special projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• 2–4 years in public accounting and/or internal audit, preferably with a public company.

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; Master's a plus.

• Solid understanding of IT systems, ITGCs, and automated controls.

• Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, and SOX compliance.

• Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise technologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• High ethical standards, ability to work independently, and commitment to quality.
