About the role
China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp. is seeking a talented QS Civil to join our team in Laguna, Calabarzon. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting our construction projects within the region.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and analysing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Conducting site measurements and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with project cost control, monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborating with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Providing quantity surveying expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing cost control and project reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using relevant quantity surveying software and tools
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
