WORK AT FINCA. The specialty coffee shop brought to you by the hardworking team behind Glasshouse Coffee. Located at the lush and bright Azuela Cove. A new coffee shop with state-of-the-art equipment and dynamic workplace leadership. Grow in the coffee industry with us

Education and Work Experience

• Hospitality degree is a leverage
• Prior trainings in coffee-making, customer service, and cookery are highly appreciated
• Prior work experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is appreciated
• Prior experience in high-pressure and multitasking work environments is a plus
• Ability to perform hybrid barista-kitchen tasks well

Other Qualities

• Has a POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
• Highly INTERESTED in SPECIALTY COFFEE
• Has leadership skills
• Ready to work long hours
• Can be flexible with his or her time
• Requires less supervision
• Maintains professionalism and camaraderie in the workplace
• Great customer-relations skills

A PLUS

• Lives near Azuela Cove or around the area (for FINCA potential hires)
• Has a means of transportation (ie., motorcycle) for ease of travel
