The
Solutions and Digitalization Lead
is responsible for translating business needs into digital solutions, system-enabled workflows, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the supply chain. The role drives digitalization initiatives, supports system adoption, and ensures business requirements are effectively converted into functional designs and operational solutions. The position operates under the direction of the Supply Chain Technical Services Manager and serves as the functional lead for supply chain digitalization and business process enablement within SCMG.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Serve as the primary business analysis partner for SCMG digitalization initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and R&D.
  • Translate operational needs into functional specifications, process flows, and solution requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, process requirements, and technical solutions.

Digital Solutions & Workflow Design

  • Design and implement system-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and digital tools to support supply chain operations.
  • Support configuration and enhancement of digital platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Apply systems thinking to ensure end-to-end process integration across tools, data, and functions.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable solutions.

Process Mapping & Improvement

  • Document current-state and future-state processes using structured process mapping methodologies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities enabled through digitalization.
  • Support standardization of workflows, templates, and digital practices across SCMG.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through digital and system-based solutions.

Ad Hoc Digital and Project Support

  • Provide hands-on technical and business analysis support for ad hoc digitalization and process initiatives.
  • Assist in rapidly translating business requirements into workflows, prototypes, or system configurations.
  • Prepare clear process documentation, solution designs, and implementation artifacts for stakeholders.
  • Support analytics-enabled initiatives in coordination with the Data and Analytics Lead.

Technical Competencies

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Documentation: Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Process mapping tools (Visio, , Lucidchart), documentation tools (Google Workspace, MS Word/Excel)
  • Preferred Exposure: ERP systems (NetSuite), OLAP Cubes, Jira
  • Digital Tools & Automation: Ability to support workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and system-enabled solutions.
  • Required Tools: Power Automate or similar workflow tools, Google Workspace
  • Preferred Exposure: Python, R, SQL, low-code platforms, scripting tools
  • Ad Hoc Project and Technical Support: Assists in converting business requirements into reporting outputs, dashboards, or data workflows for ad hoc initiatives.
  • Required Knowledge: Basic process mapping tools (Visio, , Lucidchart)

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, digitalization, process improvement, or system-enabled operations within supply chain or related functions.
  • Hands-on experience gathering business requirements and supporting digital or system-based solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and IT partners to deliver operational solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis, process improvement, or digital tools are an advantage.

Skills & Certifications (Preferred/Optional)

  • Supply Chain Knowledge – Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, inventory management, and execution, with exposure to operational practices.
  • Business Analysis – Experience translating operational needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Preferred Certification: Business Analyst, Scrum Master
  • Digital Tools & Automation – Familiarity with workflow automation, ERP systems, and low-code platforms.
