Phil Ecology Systems Corp. is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Motorpool Department. This role will focus on planning and coordinating maintenance activities for the fleet of vehicles and equipment used in waste management operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for motorpool assets.

Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely maintenance.

Track maintenance costs, inventory, and performance of vehicles.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in motorpool operations.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance planning or vehicle management.

In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, parts, and repair processes.

Familiarity with maintenance management software and inventory systems.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in waste management or vehicle operations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
