Job Title: Junior Interior Designer

Role Description

This is an office-based role located in Muntinlupa City. As a Junior Interior Designer at WKND DESIGN, you will support senior designers in conceptualizing interior spaces, developing effective space planning solutions, and creating comprehensive construction drawings. You will also assist in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), ensuring design quality and adherence to client specifications.

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the design team, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and client requirements. This role offers a valuable opportunity for growth in a dynamic and creative environment, gaining experience across all aspects of interior design projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles

  • Strong knowledge of architecture and construction drawings

  • Experience in selecting, specifying, and coordinating FF&E

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the interior design industry

  • 0-2 years of experience in interior design or related field

  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position
