Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Bartender to join our team at A Spoonful of Happiness (ASH), a restaurant and bar concept in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The Bartender will be in charge of preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a lively yet professional bar atmosphere. This role also supports overall restaurant operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to house standards.
• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor bar stock levels; assist in ordering and restocking supplies.
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely orders.
• Assist with bar setup and closing procedures.
• Support general restaurant tasks during non-peak hours (e.g., clearing tables, restocking).
• Train and mentor team members who show interest in bar service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of work experience in food & beverage service, bar operations, or hospitality.
• Knowledgeable in preparing mixed drinks and other beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
