Position: Intake Specialist / CSR Outbound  Location:MOA Two Ecom, Pasay, Philippines  Shift: Onsite | Nightshift

Your Role:

• The Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound will perform a range of data entry
  
  duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry,
  
  reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in
  
  communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client's documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Must have experience with doing outbound calls, emails and client communications
• Proficient Computer skills – Microsoft Office, E-mail, G-suite
• Must be proficient in speaking in English, Meticulous Attention to Detail and High Sense of Accountability
• Must be willing to work onsite in MOA doing night shift

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Experience in working for the accounting industry
• Experience in working for the tax industry (Not Required)
• Strong Multitasker
• Excellent Organizational, Time-management, Written, and Communication Skills
• Meticulous Attention to Detail and High Sense of Accountability
• Self-starter, industrious, and motivated
• Proficient Computer skills – Microsoft Office, E-mail, G-suite
• Ability to remain focused and Productive in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Strong Work Ethic and Commitment to Excellence
