What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and champion the company's values and culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, identifying training needs and facilitating development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer escalations.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track team and individual performance
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required
