Driver

Ø  Accounts, carries and loads the items to be delivered in the delivery van.

Ø  Assist in the delivery of products to stores/outlets and ensure that all delivered products are on right quantity, of good quality and delivered at the required delivery time.

Ø  Arranges the items properly in the delivery van.

Ø  Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the delivery van.

Ø  Follows the company SOP in delivery standards and protocol.

Ø  Ensures the correctness of items delivered based on delivery receipts and observe accuracy at all times.

Ø  Ensures safe and efficient delivery of products to the outlets

Ø  Helps transfer goods from commissary to outlets as well as pulling out of  returnable/lapsed/expired/damaged items/products/machines from outlets to commissary

Ø  Helps in loading and unloading items/products for delivery, keep logs of their activities and make sure their vehicles are maintained in good working condition

Ø  Monitors and oversees the quality of products to be delivered

Ø  Makes sure that All documents (ITF, DR, AR) must be completely filled up, signed and replicated as required

Ø  Makes sure that Vehicle door is secured as the stocks are unloaded from the storage compartment during delivery.

Ø  Carries and loads the returned stocks from the outlet to Commissary.

Ø  Takes care and maintains the efficiency of the vehicle.

Ø  Practices and observes road safety at all times and must perform smart driving.

Ø  Ensures that the vehicle must be presentable at all times for it carries the logo of the business.
