Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Proven customer service or retail sales experience.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic math and finance knowledge.
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and dealership management software (e.g., Dealer track, Reynolds & Reynolds).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • High energy, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers warmly and determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
  • Sales Process:
  • Present vehicle options that meet customer needs and budget.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and other required documents.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay current on inventory, model features, manufacturer incentives, and financing options.
  • Attend regular training sessions to keep up with product and sales trends.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and texts to nurture leads and secure repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, priced, and ready for sale.
  • Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Compliance & Ethics:
  • Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and local laws.
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sales Incentives (Bank/Financing up to 3%)
  • Unit Commissions up to Php.15,000.00 depending on unit sold
  • Plant Commissions
  • Insurance Commissions
  • Additional Incentives (Applicable for quota achiever)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,500.00 per month
