About the Role

We're hiring experienced freelance content editors to refine AI-generated reviews and informational pieces. These articles are based on real customer data and service performance insights, and your job will be to ensure each piece reads naturally, flows logically, and equips readers with everything they need to make confident decisions—whether it's choosing a tutoring platform, comparing plumbing services, or dining in restaurants.

This is not a copy-paste gig. We're looking for editors who can synthesize diverse inputs, spot patterns in customer sentiment, and produce content with empathy and authority.

What You'll be Editing
  • Service Reviews: Deep dives into platforms, agencies, and tools based on user feedback and performance data
  • Customer Experience Summaries: Articles that highlight real user journeys, pain points, and success stories
  • Informational Guides: How-to articles, explainer pieces, and comparison breakdowns for services across sectors (education, VA, contact centers, etc.)
Key Responsibilities

Edit and Humanize AI-Generated Content

  • Review drafts for tone, structure, and clarity
  • Rewrite to ensure a conversational, empathetic voice
  • Add context and details to bridge content gaps or inconsistencies

Ensure Logical Flow and Readability

  • Organize content to support natural reader progression
  • Spot missing steps, vague phrases, or irrelevant details, and correct them
  • Use formatting (headings, bullets, transitions) to improve scanbility

Collaborate with AI Tools and Content Systems

  • Work comfortably in AI-enabled editing platforms
  • Provide feedback to improve AI output quality over time
  • Maintain editorial consistency across multiple article types and services
Who You Are
  • You're a clear, structured thinker, with a sharp eye for structure and logic, who can turn messy data into clean narratives
  • You've written reviews, summaries, or guides that help people make smart choices
  • You understand tone—when to be neutral, when to be persuasive, and when to be empathetic
  • You're comfortable working with AI tools and adapting your writing for machine learning use cases
