Full job description

The Import/Export Staff will be in-charge of the following:

Import and Export:

  • Handle shipment documentation, including airway bills, cargo manifests, customs clearance paperwork such as declaration and certificate of origin, and invoices.
  • Prepare documents and forms to move goods through import and export procedures.
  • Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.

Delivery

  • Handle delivery documents preparation and processing for constructive export or PEZA to PEZA deliveries, samples, replacement, scrap sales and transfers including application of permits, LOA and online accounts with PEZA

Others:

  • Preparation of monthly reports related to Importation, Export
  • Troubleshooting delivery documents issues and implementing solutions
  • Performs related work as required by Immediate Superior

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management , logistics, business administration, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • At least 1 year working experience in PEZA companies, logistics, supply chain, transportation, trade operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of shipping and transportation processes
  • Experience with customs procedures and international shipping
  • Knowledge of shipping methods, carriers, and transportation regulations
  • Understanding of customs documentation and international trade compliance
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation.
