Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives payment from clients and other branches and issues official receipts for the same.
  • Handles the safekeeping of post-dated checks issued by clients.
  • Responsible for holding checks requested by clients to be deferred with the approval of the branch manager.
  • Receives checks dishonored by banks and is responsible for facilitating the proper recording of the same.
  • Responsible for endorsing returned checks to the accounts monitoring clerk
  • Custodian of the loan ledgers.
  • Maintain accurate records of the Branch receipt.
  • Handles the petty cash fund of the branch and ensures the availability of the same at all times.
  • Monitor cash advances and sees to the timely liquidation of the same.
  • Handles the release of all checks issued by the Brach including those for loan proceeds
  • Prepares statements of accounts when required by clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of related work experience.
  • Must be honest and can handle simultaneous tasks.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
  • Fresh Graduate or no experience are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
