to provide professional counselling and support to our employees while helping shape a culture of openness, trust, and resilience. You will work closely with HR and Directors to deliver wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and strategic culture-building efforts that strengthen our employee experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide confidential counselling and create a safe space for employees.
  • Support staff in managing stress, burnout, and work-life balance.
  • Design and deliver wellness programs, workshops, and toolkits in partnership with HR and Directors.
  • Offer psychological insights to strengthen recognition, engagement, and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to building a culture of trust, openness, and resilience across the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Licensed Psychologist, Counsellor, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong background in counselling, coaching, and mental health support.
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, training, or group sessions.
  • Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about workplace wellness and culture-building.
