Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the Training Team on all training-related matters.
2. Attend official Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions facilitated by the head office.
3. Cascade updated product, brand, and sales training modules to Sales Consultants (SC).
4. Conduct onboarding training for new hires, including:
· Company and Brand Immersion
· Product Introduction
· Core Technologies
· Sales Process
· Online Learning Platforms
· Basic Financing Computation
5. Conduct daily product walkaround demonstrations.
6. Promote the use of training and development platforms.
7. Facilitate regular product refresher sessions and provide coaching.
8. Submit weekly training reports summarizing activities, attendance, and progress.
9. Submit monthly manpower and training updates.
10. Assist in evaluating SC's certification status and training performance.
