The Jr. Accountant (CPA) is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. This role involves managing core accounting functions, including financial planning, tax compliance, auditing, and internal controls. The Jr. Accountant will play a key role in financial strategy, supporting leadership in decision-making and contributing to the organization's financial health.
Audit & Compliance:
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
- Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance reports.
Financial Planning & Strategy:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives by providing in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial performance metrics to optimize working capital.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of corporate tax filings, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory filings.
- Stay updated on tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Implement tax-efficient strategies that align with corporate financial objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- years of experience in accounting, financial management, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and applicable financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.

Pay: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
