DRGV Auditor (WITH SIGN-ON BONUS)

Work Address: Quezon City or Cebu

Work Set-up: Onsite | Dayshift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review inpatient medical records for validation of DRG (Diagnostic-related Groups) assignment.
• Provide detailed rationale and supporting evidence for recommendations and findings.
• Utilize industry-recognized references to support their review findings, such as the ICD 10 Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding, AHIMA Practice Briefs related to compliant querying, and AHA Coding Clinics.
• Knowledge of 3M coding, Optum, computer assisted coding (CAC), abstracting software, Meditech etc. will be added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active CIC, CPC or CCS Certification
• PHRN is an advantage
• College Graduate of BS Nursing or Med Allied Course
• At least 2 years of experience in DRGV/ IP Auditor
• Must be willing to work onsite

Note: If certification will expire in the next 6 months, candidate will shoulder certification renewal
