About the role

As a Maintenance Electrician at Metro Container Corporation, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This full-time position in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our containerised goods production lines.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all electrical systems, motors, and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions quickly and effectively
  • Upgrade and modify electrical installations as required to improve efficiency and performance
  • Maintain detailed records of all electrical work completed
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a safe and reliable working environment
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
