RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the quality of piping and piping support design in Waste to energy plant as per standard.
  • Perform quality output of piping drawings. (Spools, Isometric and fabrication drawings).
  • Responsible for quality of Piping support fabrication drawings, piping and Piping support layout drawings.
  • Performs piping stress analysis.
  • Responsible for design and checking on provided above information.
  • Identify and promotes best practice for planning and design.
  • Can do project management, manhour and manpower handling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Eng'g. PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • With minimum 5 years of experience in piping design.
  • With experience in pipe routing design, piping isometric, piping layout/plan drawing, support selection, support fabrication drawing and material take-off.
  • Familiar with design codes such as ASME, ANSI, API, JIS, etc.
  • With experience on 3D Modeling software such as AP3D or AVEVA E3D is a plus.
  • Skilled in 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be hardworking with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Willing to study hard and learn Japanese Language to have better communication with Japanese Staff (know Japanese language is a plus).
