-To extensively promote our RGB leased machines in PAGCOR Casinos by constantly inviting players/customers to play and patronage our machines.

-To educate new customers on how to paly the RGB leased machines as well as to assist them on their needs especially our High Roller or VIP Players.

-To provide excellent customer service at all times as well as to update players of latest or upcoming Marketing and Promotional activities of their assigned PAGCOR Casinos.

-To immediately report to Branch Slot Machine Department as well as to RGB Head Office any encountered machine malfunctions (machine errors) and promptly request for Technical Support.

-To report to PAGCOR Security and Slots Personnel any machine reservations (intentionally leaving credits) or any immediate customer concerns regarding our leased machines.

-To participate in PAGCOR Marketing Team sorties to be able to further promote RGB leased machines.

-To ensure all our PAGCOR leased machines, Jackpot Signage's, chairs as well as designated RGB are clean and orderly at all times.

-To monitor and record pertinent information as per requirement by RGB Management (eg. Jackpot Occurrence, Players Occupancy, Jackpot Meters, Machine Performance, others).

-To diligently submit the Daily Operation Report of her assigned PAGCOR Branch Casino.

-To be able to acquire knowledge of each RGB leased machine games and games features as well as to learn basic technical know-how.

-To be able to build good working relationship with the PAGCOR Branch Management as well as to other employees of her assigned Casino venue.

-To observe proper use of prescribed uniform and maintain proper grooming to look presentable in the entire duration of duty shift.

-To ensure that monthly target Revenue and Turnover set on individual PAGCOR Casinos is attained and surpassed by the Customer Service Assistants.

-To fully understand and strictly observe PAGCOR Policies as well as RGB LTD Company Rules and Regulations.

-To perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior and/or RGB LTD management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
