Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Organize and store items in designated locations.
  • Issue materials as requested and update stock records accordingly.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.

Timekeeping Duties:

  • Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, absences, and overtime of warehouse staff.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly timekeeping reports.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding timesheets, leave forms, and payroll cut-offs.
  • Ensure approval of OT, leave, and other time-related adjustments.

Clerical and Reporting:

  • Encode data into inventory and timekeeping systems (Excel, ERP, or manual logs).
  • Maintain records of material movements and personnel time logs.
  • Assist with generating reports for stock levels, deliveries, and staff attendance.
