Job Description

Lead and continuously develop the team with an appropriate mix of skills to deliver the engineering work packages to support farm operations requirement,

Continuously improve the methods, procedures and working practices to support the business needs.

Handle process flow for both farm and dairy plant existing equipment and project set-up.

Monitor proper implementation of maintenance programs,

Review the efficiency of maintenance programs regularly.

Ensure that all daily activities will be accomplish as plan.

Qualify and evaluate specifications of new machines to be acquired.

Review all mechanical and electrical plan prior to implementation.

Review all engineering supply and purchases, it should be on correct specifications.

Support the plant on compliance to regulatory requirements.

Participate in development and implementation of quality management system.

Direct involvement in the formulation and implementation of safety programs.

Provide leadership and direction to the team.

Develop and execute cost saving opportunities as well as operational improvements.

Manage multiple work package as per business requirement.

Implements necessary measures to control expenditures in timely manner.

Maintain the quality and integrity.

Plan and organize engineering activities.

Evaluate and motivate the team members.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS Engineering, preferably licensed BSEE or BSME

-Minimum 5-year experience in food manufacturing company and knowledgeable in ISO, FSMS and preferably exposure in SWA.

  • Exposure to electrical and mechanical trouble shooting and maintenance

  • Actual experience on project management

  • Resourceful and people management

  • Analytical skill

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Has ability to work with minimal supervision & intervention

  • Highly dependable and hardworking

  • Excellent in oral and communication skills including presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS word. Excel, PowerPoint

  • Valid driver's license and can operate motorcycle/light vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php31,000.00 per month
