We're on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and driven Videographer & Editor to join our production team. If you're someone who lives behind the lens, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to craft magic from raw footage, this one's for you.

Role Overview

As a Videographer & Editor, you'll be responsible for end-to-end content creation — from capturing cinematic visuals to crafting polished edits ready for client delivery. You'll be involved in studio shoots, on-location productions, brand films, social media content, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Planning

  • Collaborate with the creative and account teams to understand briefs and develop visual concepts
  • Scout and recommend shoot locations, setups, and equipment
  • Prepare gear, lighting, and shot lists for each production

Videography (Shooting)

  • Operate camera equipment, gimbals, lights, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage
  • Direct subjects and setups as needed during shoots
  • Maintain consistency in visual aesthetics across all projects

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact
  • Apply color correction, color grading, and audio mixing
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and effects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Deliver final exports in multiple formats as required

Asset Management & Quality Control

  • Organize, backup, and manage project files and media assets
  • Perform quality checks to ensure videos meet technical and creative standards

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative directors, producers, animators, and account leads
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong cinematography and lighting skills
  • Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of audio gear and sound recording techniques
  • Eye for detail, color, composition, and narrative flow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong portfolio that showcases creative versatility and technical skill

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in a creative/advertising agency
  • Ability to shoot and edit social-first video content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Photography and color grading expertise
  • Experience in directing small video productions

Relocation & Visa

We are open to relocating talent to Bahrain for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship and relocation support will be provided.
