Part-time Barista

Position Summary: The Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by offering quick service, preparing quality products, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained outlet environment.

Primary Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Execute the customer service standards, particularly the 8 ZUS Service Steps, to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Engage with customers by confirming order accuracy and requesting feedback on their experience with the service and products.
• Anticipate and respond to customer needs by effectively interpreting both verbal and non-verbal cues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a "customer comes first" mindset, building rapport and creating positive connections with each customer.

QUALITY EXECUTION

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and non-coffee drinks, while ensuring adherence to company standards and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various outlet stations, including Bar 1, Bar 2, Counter, and Expedite, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Organize and replenish stock to ensure continuous product availability.
• Communicate key information related to shift activities, customer feedback, and team performance with the outlet supervisor or manager.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting co-baristas and promoting teamwork while upholding the standards.
• Follow food safety policies and guidelines to guarantee the safety and quality of products served to customers.

CLEAN & WELL-MAINTAINED OUTLET

• Clean and sanitize outlet resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outlet areas and stations by strictly following cleaning guidelines.
• Keep each outlet station clean and well-organized to support an efficient workflow for team members.
• Adhere to health, safety, security, and sanitation policies and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php75.01 per hour
