Reporting to Equipment Superintendent, the Service Analyst is accountable and responsible technical related support to improve project site mechanical availability
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts extensive inspection on machines undergoing maintenance job to determine parts and components needed for repair or replacement.
Conducts advanced troubleshooting on machines and accessories when problems are encountered during operation, testing and commissioning in order to ensure that machines performs according to standards.
Conducts equipment performance test through technical analysis Level I and II.
Conducts equipment audit in order to ensure proper operation in accordance with DEI's standards.
Coordinates and submits to site equipment head the list of parts and materials needed to accomplish maintenance work.
Ensures on time submission of service report, failure report and other related documents in order to determine the root cause of the failure and account cost properly.
Performs all assigned tasks (work order) and ensure that quality and standard are met in order to ensure quality and timely completion of work order.
Ensures correct labeling and housekeeping of dismantled parts.
Practices and maintains safety and cleanliness in the designated work areas and project sites at all times in order to ensure compliance with government and project site policies.
Maintains and safe keeps assigned company assets in order to ensure proper utilization and good working order of resources.
Utilizes fully the company's operating systems such as parts and service manual and other related systems in order to ensure correct technical references and product knowledge.
Guides maintenance personnel for proper troubleshooting and repair in order to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Coaches and trains mechanics in order to support their skills and competencies development.
Provides technical assistance to maintenance team in order to ensure high mechanical availability.
Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Graduate of Vocational / Technical courses related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & controls.
With four (4) year related experience
With knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance
Holder of NC II certificate
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner
