Your Role:

As a Payments Production Assistant, you will:

The role of a Payments Production Assistant typically involves with reconciliation and completed different reports.

Some general tasks may include:

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reconciliation (including Financing reconciliation).
  • Pull, generate and complete multiple reports.
  • Complete the chargeback cycle.
  • Handle Client refunds, cancellation files.
  • Reviewing and processing new opportunity files.
  • Schedule and process payments.
  • Review and submit new financing files to financing group

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • With 1 -3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret financial data.
  • Organizational skills: prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving: identify discrepancies, propose solutions.
  • Process-oriented: improve efficiency, standardize workflows.
  • Adaptability: handle evolving business needs and financial projects.
