Job Description
- Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) according to customer requests and company standards
- Weigh, package, label, and price meat products
- Dispose of waste according to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering stock
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
- At least High School Graduate
