About the role
We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic team at Alberto Shoes Corporation in our Cubao, Quezon City office. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing visually striking campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and innovative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the creative direction and design of marketing materials, including print ads, digital assets, packaging, and brand collateral
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual concepts
- Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables
- Mentor and provide guidance to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative work culture
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work
- Work with external partners, such as photographers and illustrators, to bring your creative vision to life
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in the advertising, arts and media industry
- Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, on-brand work
- Experience in the art direction of photography and illustration a plus
