Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team in meeting operational and service standards. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock handling.
  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce losses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and supervising teams.
  • Required: Hands-on experience using SAP for inventory management, warehousing, or logistics processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan or relocate if currently outside the area.
